Before: 

5’7”, 250 Pounds, 21 years old, June 2011

During:

5’7”, 189.5 pounds, 22 years old, May 2012

Most noticeable difference from the past 10 pounds… MY BACK FAT ROLLS ARE GONE… well at least in that pose! 

I think another round of 30 day shred is in order because I am flabby. Some tightening would help me out exponentially.

Also, I am extremely bloated today. I wanted to wait another day or two until this post-travel bloat is gone, but I was too excited!

Remember: NO EXCUSES!

My Before and After

The first picture is of me last summer, maybe in July. It’s been almost a year, and I have been pushing myself to get fit, stop being lazy, and to watch what I fuel my body with. It has been a long journey and I hope that I can be proof that anything is possible. If you want it bad enough and you are willing to work hard for it, then it is achievable. The second picture is of my body today. Stronger, leaner, fitter. I went from barely being able to run to being able to run a 7 minute mile. Good luck, happy summer, and remember: no one has ever drowned in their own sweat:)

So, I discovered today that I’m absolutely terrified of back photos. I hate them. I never noticed what my back looked like, until I took that 1st picture, because I never looked at it. Well, today I decided to get over that fear and take another back picture, because I’ve only taken front ones this entire journey. 

Well, here ya go.

20 lbs difference, 180lb to 160lb. 

I’m still terrified of these pictures, but now I have more motivation than ever to lose the next 10 lbs in this 6 weeks!
